Board adopts multiple bylaw and policy changes, postpones membership-doc revision

Director Ruff presented comprehensive bylaw amendments that reorganized definitions (including incident reports), clarified meeting timing and committee structures, revised proxy limits and hearing procedures, and adjusted appointment timing for Foundation board members. Members and directors raised concerns about committee-appointment language; the board voted to adopt the bylaws changes as presented by roll call, 9–0.
President Foster closed the meeting by thanking outgoing directors and announcing upcoming meeting dates.
