Speaker 1 briefly summarized proposed bonds, saying the city anticipated offering bond documents in early February and closing in March if the council approves authorizing resolutions in December. Committee members asked about the homeless shelter, paving and remaining site work; Speaker 5 said negotiations on the shelter were ongoing and identified Tom Winbush as project manager for site work. There was no further committee action on those projects during this meeting.
