The ordinance committee previously reviewed and recommended the changes and the council confirmed the ordinance was in correct form for adoption on its second reading. The council did not discuss substantive amendments at the second reading and proceeded to a vote.
The ordinance will be incorporated into the municipal code as presented; staff will publish the adopted text with the clerk’s office.
