Loveland council adopts consent agenda including ordinances on water-rights timing and utility rates

A motion to adopt the consent agenda items 4.1 to 4.5 passed on roll call. Voting recorded: Foley — yes; Leitkovich — yes; McFall — yes; Marsh — yes; Malo — yes; Olsen — yes; Black — yes. The clerk announced the vote was 7 to 0; the motion passed.
