At its Dec. 19 meeting the Mount Juliet Planning Commission approved the consent agenda, which included releases of letters of credit and multiple plat reviews and recommendations back to the Board of Commissioners.
Items approved for release included a serial letter of credit No. 423‑859‑000 in the amount of $168,111 for Park Glen phases 7–9, a sewer letter of credit No. 1523 in the amount of $431,525.85 for Legacy Point phase 1, and sewer letter of credit No. 1651468480‑772 in the amount of $119,005.50 for Jackson Hills phase 5. The consent agenda also included recommendation items to the Board of Commissioners to review Christman properties annexation and plan of services, and multiple preliminary and final plat reviews such as Lakewood Estates (1006 Gill Road), Golden Bear (final plat and final master development plan) and Devonshire phase 4.
Staff recommended positive action on most consent items, subject to a correction requested for Tomlinson Point (remove planning and zoning comments numbered 1, 9, 10 and 11). The commission moved, seconded and approved the consent agenda and subsequent housekeeping motions. The meeting concluded after the PUD amendment for Wintree Pines was deferred and the commission voted to adjourn.
The approvals note the commission's recommendation only; several items (annexations and right‑of‑way abandonments) will move to the Board of Commissioners for final action.
