Gallatin planning commission approves multiple site plans and accessory structures; amends Twin Eagles road condition

The City of Gallatin Planning Commission on Nov. 18 approved multiple development requests and site plans, voting to adopt staff-recommended conditions for several projects and to amend one condition on the Twin Eagles final master development plan.
Staff planner Jim Carpenter told commissioners that staff recommended denial of resolution 2024-157, a request for a 3,000-square-foot detached accessory structure at 1445 South Water Avenue in the Mixed Use General (MUG) zone. "Staff still has to recommend denial of resolution number 2024-157," Carpenter said.
