(management of the Kitsap Conference Center and Gold Mountain Golf Course), and a local agency contract with Saconti Inc. for the 6th Street Phase 3 pavement preservation project. The consent agenda also listed ordinance numbers 5504 (telecommunications franchise renewal with Comcast) and 5505 (amending ordinance 5487, the FY2024 budget as previously amended).
The clerk read a grand total figure for the claims/check register recorded in the reading; that number as read in the meeting transcript appears to contain an out‑of‑place digit grouping (read aloud as “$7,000,000,372.8”), which may be a clerical or transcription error and is noted here as read on the record.
