Separately, commissioners noted that a previously approved building permit for a garage for Craig and Nancy Kaiser became void because an inspection was not completed within the required timeframe. The commission discussed whether the Kaisers must come back to the commission with new plans or simply resubmit updated blueprints to staff. Members recommended that, in most cases, the applicant provide updated plans and the commission will advise whether a new appearance is necessary.
Staff agreed to send the greenhouse checklist and clarify the town’s expectations for resubmittals so applicants arrive prepared for the next meeting.
