The Brentwood Architectural Review Board approved two routine items on the agenda: a front-porch cover at 70 York and an interior remodel and rear steps at 9339 White Avenue.
The 70 York submission, presented by a representative of Professional Building Service, specified white painted finishes and a roof to match existing materials; the board approved the submission after noting colors and exterior details.
Jennifer Taylor of Terra Nova Builds described interior kitchen reconfiguration and minor exterior steps at 9339 White; the board found the changes minimal and approved the submission as submitted on a unanimous roll call.
At the end of the meeting the acting building official (speaker 12) gave an update saying there were no September applications yet but that one may arrive and asked members to mark calendars. He also said a consultant team had experienced a ransomware incident and staff would provide scheduling updates when available.
Motions for these items passed by roll call with Carl Carlin, Paul Turner and Chair Matt Forman voting in favor for each.
