Brentwood P&Z postpones Carboline facility infill after staff and consultants flag plan discrepancies

The Brentwood Planning & Zoning Commission on Oct. 9 voted to postpone consideration of P&Z 24019, an application from Carboline Global for facade improvements, parking-lot reconfiguration and a roughly 3,000-square-foot building infill at 350–370 Hanley Industrial Court, so the project can proceed through a required Board of Adjustment review and return with coordinated drawings.
Tyson Pyle, an architect with Arcturus who presented the application, said the project is intended to "upgrade their facility, to reinvest in their facility," describing parking reorganization to improve employee and visitor access and new space adjacent to an existing testing facility.
