Jake Nolanbrook, presenting on behalf of Parrot Corporation and Carver Line, described façade upgrades that include a new front canopy or pergola, added landscaping beds, additional ADA parking spaces, dumpster enclosures and a new parking space, plus new fencing at one corner of the site.
