Assistant Superintendent Behnke told the committee the district reviewed the project accounting and confirmed that payments made under the PPA through Nov. 15, 2024, align with district records and total $1,200,000 as reflected in meeting materials. She recommended the committee approve the estoppel certificate to facilitate the transaction; the committee approved it by voice vote.
No committee member requested additional financial analysis during the public meeting. The committee framed the vote as an administrative action to confirm contract figures and allow the prospective sale to proceed.
