The committee also approved annual agreements for mental‑health and substance‑abuse providers for 2025, noting a slight decrease from last year, and reappointed Tiffany Polk to the Seneca County Board of Health for a full six‑year term, as required by public‑health law.
Finally, members passed a resolution calling on New York State to increase funding for county drinking‑water enhancement grants, citing new regulatory requirements and increased duties for county environmental‑health units (inspection, harmful‑algae monitoring, lead-and‑copper rule compliance).
