At the Dec. 16 meeting the commission held over application 2433342 for activity at Indian Rock Road, filed by Jennifer Skim, after staff reported the applicant had not provided the plan the consultant was tasked to deliver by Dec. 4. Director Kathleen Holland said she had spoken with consultant Jim McManus of JMM Environmental Consulting and with the applicant; as of the meeting she had not received a suitable plan or report. Holland said she had briefed the town attorney and established a deadline of Jan. 13 for the applicant to provide materials that the commission can consider at the January meeting.
Holland said an earlier attempt by the applicant to prepare a plan was not suitable and that JMM Environmental Consulting, a credentialed firm, understands it must submit qualified documentation for the commission to act on the wetlands violation. The commission agreed to hold the application over to the Jan. 27, 2025 meeting for further review once the plan is submitted.
