She confirmed the correction does not change the amount of surplus to be transferred for fiscal year 2024–25.
Commissioners asked for clarification about the discrepancy; Adams and staff explained the $25 million figure appeared during drafting but the underlying documents reflect $20 million reserved for the DTRF 2025 note issuance.
