Carrie (staff) said two members are retiring in January and noted the town’s custom of surplusing duty weapons for retiring officers; the council moved and approved Resolution 1-2025. The council also approved Resolution 2-2025 to set the public hearing for the revitalization area and indicated the hearing will be on the next meeting agenda.
The council approved claims in the amount of $969,825 and approved payroll clearing motions recorded on the transcript for $242,039.62 and $205,142.14 after motions and seconds. Votes were recorded as in favor during the meeting.
These approvals concluded routine business; the council set the next meeting for Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. and adjourned.
