The Plan Commission unanimously approved a certified survey map to create an additional parcel for a future Chase Bank at 11135 West Burley Street.
Planner Mr. Pinon said the parcel split is required by a lease stipulation for the Chase Bank ground lease and that the bank was previously approved by the city in January 2024 through a major planning and development amendment. Terron Wright of Architects Partnership attended by Zoom and said he had nothing to add.
A motion to approve was moved and seconded with no discussion and passed unanimously.
