Planner Amy Bennett said the School District of Menomonee Falls requested a certified survey map (CSM) combining three parcels at Menomonee River Parkway and Margaret Road so the district can add land to Riverside Elementary and the community center. The middle lot currently has joint ownership with the village; staff said the village attorney is preparing a quitclaim so the central parcel becomes solely district-owned. Staff recommended the Planning Commission grant preliminary and final approval of the land division subject to six conditions in the staff report.
Commissioners moved and seconded approval; the commission recommended the CSM unanimously and noted the item will go to the Village Board next week for final action. Planner Bennett said the food pantry and ball field parcel will remain village-owned while the school district will own the new consolidated lot for the school/community center.
