Caldwell URA approves consent calendar, invoices and monthly cash reconciliation

An amendment to move an Old Business action item (Cleveland and Kimball landscaping) to the next meeting was approved by motion and voice vote after Miss Warwick said landscaping is unfinished. The consent calendar (as amended) was then approved by roll call (all commissioners voting Yes).
Staff reviewed invoices for payment (line items presented in the meeting included Fair Expo Building improvements, economic development contributions, attorney services and project invoices); staff read a total figure in the packet of $771,644.28 and commissioners voted to accept the invoices (motion by Commissioner Allgood, second by Mister Doty) with a unanimous roll-call Yes vote.
Treasurer Raelynn presented the monthly cash-reconciliation report: Banner Bank balance just over $4.4 million and LGIP balance about $825,000; interest in the Banner Bank has decreased from about 2% to 1.7%. Commissioners voted to accept the cash-reconciliation report (motion by Miss Warwick, second by Mister Doty) and the roll-call vote was unanimous in favor.
Next steps: staff will continue normal project-list management and provide periodic updates on budget transfers and project closeouts in spring when more projects complete.
