Among the contracts approved were an $800,000 contract with All American USA Taxi Inc. for Oct. 1, 2024–Sept. 30, 2025, and other agreements with Garwin Inc., Loving Hands Home Care and Joe Dallas Transportation Company for various terms and dollar limits. At least one commissioner recorded abstentions on multiple JFS-related items, citing lack of timely documentation including RFP materials and prosecutor guidance; department officials said they had not made payments on the contracts and the agreements were subject to review and vendor signatures.
