Key votes and approvals:

- Amendments to personnel classification: addition of Records Management Administrator and reclassification of a systems coordinator supervisor to records management administrator — both approved unanimously.
- Amendment to annual appropriation resolution to reduce contract services/other expenses by $25,000 — approved unanimously.
- Employment of outside counsel Isaac Wiles, Burkholder & Teter LLC for up to six months beginning Jan. 1, 2025, not to exceed $63,000 — approved unanimously.
- Corrections to publishing dates and extensions for multiple bid and proposal advertisements (MGS Water Treatment Plant, O'Bannon Trunk Sewer Relocation, outdoor kennel expansion and dog kennel management RFP) due to a publishing error by the Clermont Sun — approved unanimously.
Most motions were forwarded by members present and passed by roll-call vote with Commissioners Batchelor, Corcoran and Painter voting in the affirmative on the listed items unless otherwise noted.
