The board moved to pay a call bill, a bill to Gino/PGC Associates, and an invoice to Tetra Tech; all motions passed on recorded voice votes. For 98 Canal Street, members said the applicant had not supplied required information and instructed Britney to contact the applicant for an update; the board voted to place the item on the next meeting agenda if the applicant can provide an update.
In "good and welfare," Gino Carucci reported that a recently passed state law allows ADUs by right, which requires the town to amend its zoning bylaw. The board voted to have Gino review and produce proposed draft changes so the town can comply; the draft may include updates to site-plan review to cover ADUs.
