At its Dec. 19 meeting, the Town of Lakeville Zoning Board of Appeals granted a continuance for the LeBaron Hills comprehensive permit hearing to Jan. 28, 2025.
The board reviewed a letter dated Dec. 17 from Robert J. Mather on behalf of Barons Residential LLC requesting the continuance because final engineering and subdivision plans are still being completed; the letter said engineering plans were expected to be submitted within about one week. The chair read the request into the record.
A board member moved to continue the hearing; another member seconded the motion. Members voted in favor and one member abstained. The board recorded the continuance and will hear the LeBaron Hills matter at its Jan. 28 meeting.
Administrative items: the board also approved minutes from Oct. 17 and Nov. 21 and adjusted upcoming meeting dates, rescheduling one meeting to Jan. 27 to avoid a school vacation conflict.
