Architect Thomas Walsh confirmed the property is connected to county sewer and that oil/water separation infrastructure exists on-site.
Board members requested a detailed wastewater-management plan and documentation showing final approval from county agencies. The applicant agreed to provide the requested materials. The board closed the hearing and reserved decision while leaving the record open to receive wastewater and covenant documentation.
