Commission recommends approval of two-lot commercial subdivision for Allison Tracts

The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of a subdivision permit and plat to replat Allison Tracts (8th filing), Lot 2, into two commercial lots (Lisonbee Tracts 12th filing). Bryce Hamilton, Laramie County Planning, said the parcel sits in the CB (Community Business) zone district, would create two lots of approximately three-quarters of an acre each, and would be served by South Greeley access and the South Greeley Water and Sewer District. Hamilton said staff received no public comments and that agency review comments addressing minor plat corrections had been resolved.
Shane Hansen of Stiles Surveying identified himself as the applicant's agent and was available to answer questions. Chairman Coy opened the public hearing; no in-person or online comments were received. A commissioner moved to adopt staff findings of fact A and B and recommend approval of the subdivision permit and plat to the Board of County Commissioners; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously (Commissioners Stottle and Watkins and Chairman Coy voted yes).
Staff recommended forwarding the plat and subdivision permit to the Board of County Commissioners with no conditions. The recommendation is advisory; final approval and any recording of the plat would be decided by the Board and county recording processes.
