Contracts approved included a procurement with MDM Landscaping not to exceed $72,761 to furnish and install potable water hydrants at the Archer Ivey RV Park and an addendum with ALSCO Uniforms for textile rental services covering shop coveralls and rugs. Molly Bennett, Laramie County Public Works, presented the ALSCO item and said the agreement covers daily coveralls and cleaning of shop rugs.
The board also approved an intergovernmental memorandum of understanding with the City of Cheyenne to allow the county to continue reviewing and inspecting active development applications in areas annexed by the city; Justin Arnold, Laramie County Planning and Development, said the MOU will remain in effect through June 30, 2034. Three appointments were confirmed by resolution: John Thompson and Wyatt Jackson to the Laramie County Recreation Planning and Advisory Board (five‑year terms through Dec. 31, 2029) and John Tafoya to complete a vacancy on the Laramie County Planning Commission through June 30, 2025.
