Commission recommends council approve final design for library lower-level art project

The presenter confirmed plans for a public opening and ribbon-cutting with the donor.
An unidentified councilmember moved to recommend council approval of the final design for the library lower-level art project and asked that it be placed on the consent calendar. The motion was seconded; recorded "Aye" responses appear in the transcript and the chair declared "Motion carries." The recommendation will proceed to the full council for final action.
