City staff noted the plat and dimensions included in the meeting packet and said retired city engineer Mr. Small reviewed the proposal and found it mutually beneficial to both the city and CDR. With no public comment, council moved and approved the deed and authorized the city manager to execute the agreement.
The easement permits installation and maintenance of the specified BMPs on the city parcel to help manage stormwater for adjacent properties; staff will ensure installation complies with engineering and environmental standards and that record plats are updated.
