Board approves manager change for Temescal/Mezcal restaurant in Framingham

Attorney Kevin Cloutier introduced the applicants and said the chain operates multiple Greater Boston restaurants. He asked the board to add Ryan Haskell as manager of record and Antonio Flores as assistant manager. Haskell and Flores each told the board they had “never had an incident” or violations that required appearing before a liquor board.
Commissioners asked about turnover and managerial experience; Haskell described more than two decades in hospitality and Flores recounted roughly 13 years in the industry. The board approved the manager changes with the standard conditions—payment of taxes and fees and departmental inspections—by unanimous roll-call vote.
The licensing coordinator, Audra Shaw, was asked to verify required documentation before issuing the official change of manager.
