Speaker 1 moved to approve Pay Application No. 6 to Reekler's Blacktop in the amount of $221,564.70 for the Highlands Athletic Complex; Speaker 3 seconded the motion. The board approved the payment by voice vote with no opposition recorded. Mister Wissman said the contract has roughly $140,000 remaining and contractors are close to fulfilling the punch list.
The board also approved Pay Application No. 4 to Morrell Construction Company for $660,663.50 following a status update that noted significant building steel had arrived and materials were being staged on site. Speaker 1 moved the approval, Speaker 3 made a motion, Speaker 2 seconded, and the board voice-voted the payment into effect.
