County staff presented a set of new and canceled Family Farm tax-credit applications and noted three disallowances: two were duplicate credits and one involved ineligible family relationships. The disallowed applicants were notified and retain an appeal process, staff said.

A supervisor moved and another seconded approval of the new and canceled Family Farm credit applications. The board approved the motion by voice vote with the motion recorded as carried.

Staff said disallowing the duplicate applications would not reduce an applicant's existing credit and that appeal procedures are available for applicants who disagree with staff determinations.
