Board chair outlines 20 ongoing regulations, outreach to stakeholder groups

Paris said the board currently has 20 regulations under development: "7 are in production phase currently, and 13 are still remaining concept phase." He credited staff for heavy workloads and described ongoing stakeholder engagement, including meetings with the Veterinary Medical Board and a plan to present to a Southern California University ethics class on Dec. 6.
Paris also described attendance at a recent "Chiropractic 2030" conference where multiple national organizations across education, accreditation, assessment and licensure participated; he said a white paper with 22 takeaways will be distributed to board members and the public when available.
