Callahan House loses one PEO chapter amid repeated damage complaints; new chapter expected to start in May

Staff described efforts to accommodate the group by changing room layouts before the chapter chose to leave.
Speaker 3 also told the board that a different PEO chapter (CJ) is planning to start meetings at Callahan House in May; the board said it will follow the standard club application process for any new chapter.
Board members asked staff to continue outreach to other renewing clubs and to follow the club application and inspection processes before approving new or returning groups. No formal policy change for club use was adopted at this meeting.
