NUECES COUNTY — The Nueces County Commissioners Court on Sept. 16 heard a resolution from the countyFire Chiefs Association endorsing a countywide mutual aid agreement for firefighting and emergency medical services.
Tyner read the resolution, which the transcript says was written to "establish that all parties maintain the necessary equipment and personnel for fire suppression, response to hazardous materials incidents, emergency medical support, or special rescue events" and names participating entities including the Corpus Christi Fire Department, Port Aransas Emergency Medical Service, Naval Air Station Corpus Christi Emergency Services, Nueces County Emergency Services Districts 1through 6, Robstown Emergency Medical Service and the Robstown Fire Department.
