PBIS coordinator Lacey Guy and other staff described the Tiger tickets system: students earn tickets for meeting four school expectations (being safe, being kind, being responsible and being ready to learn); tickets are entered in weekly drawings and donated prizes help support the program.
Staff reported the school hit a 5,000 Tiger ticket goal (with 5,040 tickets recorded) and outlined rewards tied to milestones: 500 — extra recess; 1,500 — lollipop; 3,500 — bring a stuffed animal; 5,000 — pajama day; 7,000 — disco dance party. Presenters invited board members to attend a Friendly Friday in January and thanked donors who provided prizes and food for student activities.
