Students describe SRB service projects and FCA presenters celebrate revived Trick-or-Treat Street

At the student board report, seniors TJ Lean and Connor Hoefer presented on the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. "FCA is a student led organization that stands for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Our mission is to bring people to Christ, using sports as a platform," one presenter explained, describing plans for worship nights, Bible studies and student-led events.
High school principal Mr. Mittelstaedt described SRB (student responsibility block) projects across grade levels intended to build toward a senior-level service-learning capstone that could earn CTE credit. He recounted reviving Trick-or-Treat Street this fall and reported enthusiastic participation from SRBs and the community, asking that candy donations be brought to the high school for future events.
The board and community members thanked students and staff for their work; no formal board action was required for the reports.
