Victoria resident urges protections for trailer‑park residents after recent evictions

Vindro urged more fairness from park owners and cautioned prospective buyers about risks of living in trailer parks, saying the combination of eviction rules and the cost to move a manufactured home puts owners at risk of losing their investment. There was no on‑record response from officials during the meeting to Vindro’s testimony.
