At the Oct. 29 meeting staff told commissioners at least two items will be on the next agenda: a Quick Trip plat (the applicant did not have complete materials and asked to postpone) and a GracePointe Church site plan proposing additional small structures and parking on Schoolhouse Road.

Staff noted the city council previously adjusted minimum lot sizes in the Old Town expansion area and that the Quick Trip submittal missed timing for the current meeting. Commissioners and staff also discussed an east–west roadway project intended to relieve downtown traffic; county crews have staked the site and are preparing to mobilize for clearing work, staff said.

The commission did not take action on either item at this meeting; both items are expected back to the commission at the next scheduled session.
