A division representative told the board that "Maryland Spa has been alleged to have engaged in and facilitated unlawful activities, including prostitution," and recited investigative findings including undercover solicitations, arrests and discovery of on-site living quarters and concealed cash. The division said it served the complaint on Nov. 5, 2024.
