Coppell planning panel approves Singa’s Pizza with five-space parking exception

The Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously Dec. 19 to amend planned development PD-157 (revision 9) to permit Singa’s Pizza to occupy a lease space at Valley Ranch Plaza, allowing a five-space parking exception and several conditions recommended by staff.
