Civil Rights Council authorizes submission of unmodified fair housing regulation text to OAL

Council member Walensky moved to authorize transmission of the unmodified text and permit non‑substantive changes required by OAL; a council member seconded the motion. The council approved the motion on a roll call vote with members present recorded as voting aye.
The department will proceed with OAL submission and make any non‑substantive edits required by the office. Staff (including Mariel Block) were recognized for their work on the regulatory package.
