The Board of Contract and Supply concluded its Dec. 30 meeting by approving items 1–24 in Section A as amended, approving the Dec. 16 minutes and adjourning for the year.

Chair Helen Anthony moved to approve items 1–24 as amended; the clerk conducted a roll-call vote recording eight ayes, one nay and three absent. The clerk stated "You have 8 ayes, 1 nay, 3 absent," and the board declared the motion carried and the matters approved. The minutes of Dec. 16, 2024 were approved with one abstention noted. The board then voted to adjourn; the chair called the meeting the final meeting for 2024.

Other procedural motions during the meeting included electing the chair for this session and several clerk-requested word-insertion amendments to agenda items 11 and 17.
