Barnstable County commissioners took three formal actions during a brief meeting: they approved minutes from Dec. 18, 2024; they authorized and executed the consent agenda items 8a'k listed on the Dec. 30, 2024 agenda; and they voted to adjourn at 10:18. All actions passed by unanimous votes.

A commissioner moved to approve the Dec. 18 minutes; another commissioner seconded. The board held a roll-call vote: Commissioner Lyons voted aye, Commissioner Forrest voted aye, and Commissioner Bergstrom (chair) also voted aye; the motion carried unanimously.

Later, after a short discussion noting several "big ticket" items (including PFAS cleanup work and a health-department purchase), a commissioner moved to "authorize and execute commissioners' actions consent agenda items 8a through 8k as listed on the December 30, 2024 regular meeting agenda." Commissioner Lyons seconded. The board again recorded roll-call votes: Lyons aye, Forrest aye, Bergstrom aye, and the consent agenda passed unanimously.

At the meeting's close, a motion to adjourn at 10:18 was moved and seconded; the same three commissioners recorded unanimous ayes and the meeting was adjourned.
