The board reappointed members to the airport authority, conservation district and planning commission, and approved an appointment of a commissioner representative.
Other items approved included agreements with Greens Communications (9-1-1 services), an IT service agreement with Eaton, an emergency-operations and training-center agreement (Integra 1), a DCNR grant and resolution for Josiah White Park, a correctional-facility service item for Hobart Service, a human services non-block grant plan, juvenile probation electronic-monitoring amendment #3, the TFAP fourth-quarter report and a TFAB program agreement with Second Harvest, and agreements with Paramount Abstract for lien searches tied to upset tax sales and judicial sales.
The solicitor presented several items for approval, including agreements with Pennsylvania Western University and workforce partners, and the board approved a tax refund of $167.45 per a Board of Appeals decision. The board ratified payroll and a series of expenditures and accepted treasurer reports for the reported periods.
Each item was moved and recorded on the record; most passed by unanimous consent as part of the consent agenda.
