Reviewers also flagged required Sewage Facility Planning Module submissions and a performance guarantee (staff said the plan should include a performance guarantee equal to 110% of the cost of required improvements and a maintenance guarantee not less than 15% of the installation cost). Staff recommended the outstanding items be addressed prior to final approval.
A motion that the commission had reviewed the plan as presented was made, seconded and approved by voice vote; the transcript records only that the ayes prevailed. Commissioners asked staff to forward review comments to the township supervisors, the applicant and the engineer for resolution before plan approval.
