Inspectors of the Carbon County Jail voted to approve minutes from their Oct. 15, 2025 meeting, accepted the Warden's October operations report and approved the personnel report during their meeting.
The meeting opened with Unidentified Speaker 1 calling the session to order. Unidentified Speaker 2 moved to approve the Oct. 15 minutes; Unidentified Speaker 1 announced that the motion was made by Rocky and seconded by Wayne, and called for an aye vote, which carried on a voice vote.
Unidentified Speaker 4 presented the Warden's report for Oct. 1–31, 2025, including admissions and population statistics (see separate article). Following the presentation, Unidentified Speaker 1 entertained a motion to accept the Warden's report; Unidentified Speaker 2 moved and the motion carried on voice vote.
Later in the meeting, the Personnel Report was called. Unidentified Speaker 3 moved to approve the Personnel Report, with Wayne recorded as the second; Unidentified Speaker 1 announced the motion carried on voice vote.
No roll-call tallies were read into the record; the meeting used oral 'aye' voice votes for these actions. The meeting also held an executive session later in the agenda to discuss a personnel matter and returned to the public record with no further votes taken on that item.
The inspectors adjourned at the end of the session.
