As the Salary Board, commissioners approved several personnel actions. The board voted to abolish the position of a voter registration specialist trainee (grade 2 step b) and to set the rate for a voter registration specialist to $14.56 per hour (grade 2 step b), both actions effective December 8, 2025.

The motions were moved, seconded, and carried by roll call during the Salary Board portion of the meeting. Minutes for prior Salary Board meetings (Nov. 6, 2025 and reconvened Nov. 20, 2025) were approved. The Salary Board also reported an executive session held on December 1 (noted in the record).
