Sheriff: Franklin County provided support after Osage County officer shootings, reports staffing vacancies

He thanked county staff for covering duties while he attended a fellowship at the Claremont Institute, which he said paid his travel and expenses; he said he was one of 11 sheriffs selected for the program.
