The Developer Review Committee convened Nov. 20, approved the meeting agenda and the minutes from Oct. 23 by voice vote and completed discussion of two agenda items before adjourning.
Acting City Planner Jim Singlin called for a motion to approve the agenda; members moved, seconded and approved it by voice vote. The committee similarly moved to approve minutes from the Oct. 23 meeting and approved them by voice vote. After discussing a minor development plan for 903–905 Flagler Avenue and a proposal to dedicate Josephine Parker Road as a 24-foot public right-of-way, Singlin moved to adjourn; the motion carried on a voice vote of 'aye.'
