"We need a motion for supervisors to handle their request," Speaker 1 said. A motion was made by Wagner and seconded by Garman; the motion carried by voice vote.
On land leases, staff clarified a lease number (108) belongs to Carter rather than Kyle and agreed to consolidate the paperwork so the actual landowner's signature will be with the correct file. The board also discussed making sure single leases that are part of the same parcel are kept together to avoid confusion.
